WACO, TX (KCBD) - A Texas meteorologist who became his station's lead story is back on set, a month after being shot in the parking lot.

Patrick Crawford returned to work on Monday, bright and early for the morning show on KCEN.

A gunman shot Crawford three times outside the station south of Waco last month.

He was hit in the abdomen and shoulder and spent a lot of time catching up on sleep while recovering.

"It is good to be back and it's good to get back at my job giving the forecast here in Central Texas," Crawford said.

Police have a sketch of a suspect but have not made any arrests.

A $20,000 reward is being offered to find the shooter.
