LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock man is now charged with manslaughter for a deadly shooting on New Year's Day of 2014. On Thursday, a grand jury found enough evidence to send Frank Anderson, 25 to trial for manslaughter.
He's charged in the shooting death of Abraham Cleaver, 21. He was found shot outside of The Skool House Club on E. 4th Street.
Anderson was also shot during the incident and taken to UMC. At that time, authorities charged him with aggravated assault for the stabbing of Tranard Richardson.
The stabbing happened outside of Jaguars Club along U.S. Highway 87 on December 27, 2013.
Right now, Anderson is set to go to trial for the aggravated assault case on May 4th.
