LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Houston man has now pleaded guilty to stealing copper from the Omni Building back in December 2014. Harold Natale, 38 made the plea this week. A judge sentenced him to 5-years in prison.

Robin Baxter, 41 of Houston pleaded guilty to the theft in May of this year. He also received a 5-year prison sentence.

A case is still pending against Sandra Kay Phillips, 40 of Houston.

Police say the trio broke through a fence and drove a pick-up truck and trailer into the parking garage. They then entered the building through a door that had been welded shut. Authorities say the suspects caused extensive damage to the electrical boxes in the basement.
