LPD releases photos of suspect in early morning robbery at Stripes

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Police department is investigating an early morning robbery at a central Lubbock convenience store.

It happened about 5:45 a.m. at the Stripes at 66th and University.  Police say the suspect was wearing a Stripes employee uniform when he approached the cashiers with a knife.  He made off with an unknown amount of money.  No one was injured in the robbery.

Police say the suspect is described as an Hispanic male, about 5'10.
