LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The suspect in an April double murder could now be headed to trial.

A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted David Carrillo, 29 on two counts of capital murder Thursday afternoon.

Carrillo is charged in the deaths of Jennifer Cruz and Albert Martinez.
