Noon Notebook 9/2: Cotton Boll Fest

RALLS, TX (KCBD) - The 20th Annual Cotton Boll Fest and Car Show will be held on Sept. 12th in downtown Ralls.
It will kick off at 7 a.m. with the Ralls Volunteer Firemen Pancake Breakfast.
It will be a day filled with fun and excitement ending with a street dance featuring Texas Cadillac Jack Band.
