The Big 12 Conference announced Monday that Texas Tech's Oct. 10 contest against Iowa State will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT inside Jones AT&T Stadium. The game will be televised regionally by FOX Sports Net.

This will be Texas Tech's third appearance on FSN this year as the Red Raiders also hosted Sam Houston State and UTEP on the network to open the 2015 season. Texas Tech is a perfect 7-0 when appearing on FSN since the start of the 2013 season.

The Red Raiders are 10-3 all-time against the Cyclones after winning each of the last three games in the series, including a 34-31 victory last season in Ames.

Red Raider fans can still purchase tickets for the game by contacting the Texas Tech ticket office at 806-742-TECH or by visiting the ticket page at www.texastech.com.

Before moving on to Iowa State, the Red Raiders will first face another challenge this weekend against No. 4 Baylor, the second straight top-five opponent for Texas Tech. Kickoff for that game is slated for 2:30 p.m. CT at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
