Teen shooting suspects indicted, charged with agg. assault

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock grand jury has indicted two suspects in a shooting that critically injured a 15-year-old boy.
20-year old Byron Parker and 19-year-old Demarco Lee have both been charged with aggravated assault.
Parker was booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center just before 9:45 a.m. Friday. Police say he turned himself in.
19-year-old Demarco Lee was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon.
Both were wanted in a shooting that happened on Sept. 30 in the 2900 block of Beech Avenue that left Shamodrick Bills critically injured.
