4 men indicted, charged with robbing Fred's Gun Emporium





LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - UPDATE: Jonah Garza has now been indicted with evidence tampering and evidence fabrication.
The four men accused of robbing Fred's Gun Emporium back on Oct. 20 were indicted by a Lubbock grand jury on Tuesday.
20-year-old Jonah Isiah Garza, 18-year-old Jamie Garcia, 20-year-old Dequan Deshawn Willard, and 18-year-old Jacob Leslie Pereida have all been charged with aggravated robbery.
Garza is facing some additional charges, including felon in possession of a firearm, evidence tampering, and evading arrest.
Police arrested Willard and Pereida on Thursday, Oct. 22.
Garcia turned himself in on Saturday, Oct. 24.
The final suspect, Garza, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
