LUBBOCK COUNTY, TX (KCBD) - The arrest warrant for Deborah Holland, the mother of the murdered Holli Jeffcoat, reveals new information surrounding Holli's death and other alleged abuse happening in the home. The documents reveal a timeline of events leading to the death of Holli.

**WARNING** information in this article may be difficult for some to read. Continue with caution**

According to the court documents, the first sign of abuse against Holli happened in 2008 after she was involved in a vehicle crash. Blood tests reveal Holli was diagnosed with a sexually transmitted disease. A CARE exam was performed and official documents showed she suffered "penetrating injuries." Holli's mother was told about the STD and injuries, but no charges were brought against the molester in 2008.

Eight years later, on January 29, 2016, Holli told school officials she had been impregnated by James Holland, according to court documents. Holli told the school official "she didn't want to go home with dad because she didn't want to have sex. The sex hurt." The documents also say Holli's mother told her she couldn't play basketball because they didn't have enough money to take the baby out.

When specifically asked whether Mom knew about James and Holli having sex, Holli said yes, Mom told her not to tell anyone because Mom needed James to pay bills.

Holli told school officials that her mom didn't want her to have the baby and "James was going to take the baby out with a coat hanger."

Because Holli was in special education and her mental age was approximately 6-7 years of age, she was incapable of giving consent for sexual intercourse and is a disabled individual, the court documents state.

On Jan. 29, a law enforcement officer told James Holland to leave the house and have no contact with the females in the home. He agreed.

On February 2, Holli was taken to the Children's Advocacy Center. The court documents say she told the interview she had been touched by James Holland since she was 12.

When a CARE exam for Holli was suggested, Debi became argumentative and said that it did not make any sense to perform a CARE exam on Holli. Based on Holli's statements, Debi Holland covered up James' molestation of her daughter and was complicit in the continuing molestation.

On Feb. 4, another female was brought in for diagnosis and treatment of sexual abuse, but a CARE exam was not conducted and an STD test was not given after Debi said the tests were unnecessary, according to the court records. Debi also told officials that James did not have a drug or alcohol problem. In March, Debi changed her statement and told officials he had been intravenously using methamphetamines inside the home and over an extended period of time, according to the documents.

On Feb. 10, Holli Jeffcoat was found murdered in their Lubbock County home. Her throat was cut and her womb and uterus were removed. The documents say her mother told officers that whoever impregnated Holli raped her as she was "mentally slow." Investigators say the killer tried to cover up the crime by starting a fire.

"A search warrant was performed on the Google email address of Debi Holland. Included in the material provided by Google were searches performed when the email address was logged in. There were numerous searches for incest porn, mostly involving stepfathers and stepdaughters."

James Bryant Holland, 39, was arrested on March 10 and charged with continued aggravated sexual assault of a child in an unrelated case.

Deborah Holland, 38, was arrested Friday, April 29 and charged with aggravated sexual assault.

Authorities say the aggravated sexual assault charge stems from allegations that Deborah Holland knew about the ongoing sexual assault of Holli Jeffcoat by James Holland "having firsthand knowledge of the assault(s) and allowing them to occur." Authorities tell us James Holland will also face additional charges.

Deborah Holland is booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center under a $500,000 bond with additional charges pending.
