National Weather Service officials surveying damage after possible tornado

National Weather Service suveying Hall County damage

HALL COUNTY, TX (KCBD) - Representatives from the National Weather Service are surveying the damage in Hall County from Sunday's storms.

The weather service says damage near Estelline is consistent with an EF-1 tornado. You can see it took down trees and power poles.

Flooding also damaged a bridge on F-M 10-41 west of Plaska.

The Prairie Dog Town fork of the Red River is running extremely high in that area.

And, in Memphis, the weather service says flooding broke a city water main near the golf course, causing this road collapse.
