LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Debi Holland is expected to attend a plea negotiation conference at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 137th Court.
A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Holland and her husband, James, for capital murder last month.
They are accused of killing Debi's daughter, Holli Jeffcoat, and her unborn child.
According to investigators, Holli was stabbed to death in her home on February 10, 2016, and her killer set a fire to conceal the crime.
Investigators believe the couple killed Jeffcoat for telling police that James Holland had been sexually abusing her.
James Holland's next court hearing is scheduled for October 26.
