Noon Notebook 9/6: Ralls 21st Annual Cotton Boll Festival

RALLS, TX (KCBD) - Preparations are underway for Ralls' 21st Annual Cotton Boll Festival.
There will be a pancake breakfast, live entertainment, vendors, a car show, raffles, and a pageant.
The Ralls Fire Department is hosting the pancake breakfast beginning at 7 a.m.
The proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the department.
Plates are $8 for adults and $5 for children.
If you make the best pie or take great pictures of agriculture, enter those enter a contest!
You can enter your pie or photographs from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Vendor booths open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m.
There will be live music throughout the day.
A horseshoe tournament kicks off at 2 p.m.
There is also a street dance from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.
It is taking place in downtown Ralls at 808 Avenue I.
