(KCBD) - This afternoon through tomorrow morning occasional very light wintry precipitation will be possible. This may leave a glaze on elevated roads, such as bridges and overpasses, and other elevated surfaces, such as decks and exterior stairs.

The potential for Lubbock is nearly not worth mentioning, but there is an outside chance. Icy spots are most likely over our northeastern viewing area (increasing toward Childress) and just to the northeast of us (southwestern OK and the greater Wichita Falls area).

If Lubbock does see any precipitation, it is most likely from about sunset today to sunrise tomorrow.

Cold, otherwise, today, tonight and tomorrow. Lubbock high today 38°, low tonight 18°, high tomorrow 35°.
