United Supermarkets Arena to be open for Tech's basketball game

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Doors will open at 12:30 p.m .on Sunday to the United Supermarkets Arena for a fan watch party as the Texas Tech Red Raiders take on the Villanova Wildcats in the NCAA Tournament's Elite 8 game in Boston.

The game is set for 1:20 p.m. and will be broadcast on CBS. This is also the first time in men's basketball history the program has made it this far in the tournament. So far the Red Raiders have beaten Stephen F. Austin, Florida and Purdue in the tournament.

Parking will be available in the Commuter North and West parking lots around the USA and fans are asked to enter through the northwest and southwest areas of the arena. Limited concessions will be available.
