LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Fire Rescue says the investigation continues into a deadly house explosion in the Tech Terrace neighborhood that left two people dead and two others injured.

A funeral service for 45-year-old Rodica Gelca will take place on Tuesday. Her husband was treated and released from the hospital.

72 year-old John Flemming, also died in that explosion. His wife is listed in critical condition. Officials say the fire started under the carport of Flemming's home.

Investigators say the heat from the fire caused several cylinders of compressed gas to explode.

Flemming ran a business out of his home that manufactured hydrogen and ammonia modules. Gelca lived next door and was killed in a subsequent explosion as she was watering her fence to protect her house from the fire.
