ABERNATHY, TX (KCBD) - A nine-month-old girl was found at a McDonald's in Plainview before 2 p.m. Friday.

The child is in the custody of Child Protective Services at the moment and the case is being handled Lubbock County District Attorney's office. At this time there have been no charges filed.

Abernathy police were searching for the suspect and a baby after responding to reports of a domestic assault Thursday night.
