FULL INTERVIEW: Sen. Ted Cruz talks cotton in Seminole

SEMINOLE, TX (KCBD) - Texas Senator Ted Cruz made a stop on the South Plains to speak to the citizens of Seminole on Friday.
Hundreds of people packed the community center to hear Senator Cruz talk to his constituents and listen to their concerns.
Cruz says he is very encouraged by the draft of this year's farm bill, and that it finally includes a provision for cotton farmers.
Though the senator focused on the concerns of many here in West Texas,
he also shared his thoughts on current global issues like the peace agreement between North and South Korea.
