LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - On April 4, 2018, Texas Tech student Jeremy Munoz went to Wagner Park in Lubbock, TX and started his attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most neckties worn at once.

Before Jeremy, the max number of neckties worn at once was 200. He broke that record in April and was able to put on 287 neckties. He owns all of the neckties if anyone is wondering.

On June 18, 2018, Jeremy Munoz received his official Guinness World Record holder certificate for Most Neckties Worn at Once.

Jeremy will be a junior at TTU this fall. He is majoring in computer science. He currently works at Alamo Drafthouse.

Jeremy also holds the recordsetter.com world record for most neckties worn at once.

The video below is of his record breaking feat.
