Real estate agency leasing land near Wolfforth's People's Bank Stadium

WOLFFORTH, TX (KCBD) - The Gillispie Land Group is currently in the process of building a retail strip mall in a space north of Frenship ISD's People's Bank Stadium in Wolfforth off of Donald Preston Drive.
The more than 10,000-square-foot lot is currently under construction, according to Gillispie's website. At the moment there is no date as to when the structure will be complete but people are now able to lease space in the building.
There are also plans underway to add a new United Supermarkets location east of that area.
