Motorcyclist seriously injured in Friday morning accident

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A motorcyclist is in the hospital with serious injuries following a wreck on the Marsha Sharp access road overnight.
It happened just east of University Avenue by Waco Avenue. The first calls came in around 2:40 a.m. Friday.
Police say the motorcyclist lost control after hitting the guardrail on the exit ramp and was thrown from the bike.
