LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock woman was indicted by a Lubbock grand jury on Tuesday, charged with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury after a hit and run accident.

Police say 29-year-old Alyssa Monique Sanpedro fled the scene of an accident at 4th Street and West Loop 289 (5400 4th Street) on March 15, 2018.
