Searching for vehicle theft suspect

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Police Department needs your help identifying the suspect in this video.
On July 20, 2018, a car was broken into in the 1000 block of Frankford Avenue. Multiple items were stolen including a debit card. Two days later the stolen card was used by the suspect in the video at a gas station.
