LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Chronicle of Higher Education lists Lubbock Christian University as one of the top universities in the country to work for.
LCU was featured on the Chronicle's honor roll list for 10 categories, according to an LCU news release. Those include collaborative governance; confidence in senior leadership; facilities, workspace and security; job satisfaction; professional/career development programs; respect and appreciation; supervisor/department chair relationship; teaching environment; tenure clarity and process; and work/life balance.
