LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - 32-year-old Norris Herbert Wilson was indicted by a Lubbock Grand Jury on Tuesday, charged with robbing Family Dollar back on June 29.
Police were called to the Family Dollar location at 1513 82nd St. They were told a man was putting store merchandise down his sweatpants.
When police arrived they found Wilson on the ground with blood on his face and hands, being detained by a store employee.
The employee told police Wilson had been putting merchandise down his pants for half an hour and attacked him when he tried to stop him from leaving the store. The two struggled until the store employee was able to detain him.
