Nelson's Wife Makes Case For Keeping Money

Supporting three children, a divorce settlement and attorney fees. Those are just some of the reasons, Hilary Nelson is giving for keeping the money her husband transferred to her account. Nelson's husband, Jonathan is at the center of a multi-million dollar embezzlement scandal.

Hilary Nelson filed a motion in Lubbock Federal Court to state her case for keeping the money. The Security and Exchange Commission is ordering both Hilary Nelson and Jonathan Nelson's attorney to turn over money they say Jonathan Nelson obtained illegally.

A federal judge is set to hear arguments over the issue on Tuesday.
