Seminole man in custody, accused of stealing beer in Seagraves

SEAGRAVES, TX (KCBD) - A Seminole man was taken into custody in Seagraves on Wednesday, arrested on a previous theft warrant after he was accused of stealing beer.
Officers were called to 1001 Railroad Avenue, where the manager told officers that the man who had taken beer from the store without paying for it the night before was now back.
Officers arrested 26-year-old Jessie Ochoa, Jr. on a previous theft warrant and took him to the Gaines County Jail.
