LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An All Aboard America charter bus is blocking the access road in the 5800 block of I-27 that leads to Avenue Q.
It appears that the barrier bus may have failed to make a turn hitting the wall in front of it.
No injuries have been reported.
